Your slingshot is the weapon to trigger a battle when you encounter wild revomon and this is also the weapon to catch wild them.
The slingshot has 4 orbs as ammo. depending on the orb colour your use, it increases your chances to cacth a wild revomon.
π΄ Red Orbs: The first orb available when you join the Revomon world is the red orb. The red orb has a basic catch rate, it will allow you to catch your first Revomon. In theory, you could catch all Revomon with this orb but you will have to be very lucky to catch a legendary with it. Effective against: common revomon.
π΅ Blue Orbs: The second orb will be available in the early stage of your game progression, it gives a better percentage catch rate for the Revomon you encounter. Although you could manage to catch a legendary with it, itβs still not the most efficient option.
Super effective against: common revomon. Effective against: rare revomon.
π’The Green Orb: The third orb in term of efficiency, the green orb is great to use whenever you want to make sure to catch a normal and rare revomon without having to splash out on the most expensive option. Also good to use against legendaries but still not the best method.
Super effective against: common and rare revomon. Almost effective against: legendary revomon.
πThe Bifrost Orb: Scientists have managed to merge the Red, the Blue and the Green Orbs together. They artificially created the Bifrost Orbs. Very few of these exist because they require a gigantic source of energy to produce and the process has not yet been mastered. In addition to catching powerful revomon, legend tells it could bridge two worlds.
Super effective against: common, rare & legendary revomon. NB: The Bifrost Orb is not yet available in game.
When you are in a battle, use the small menu on your screenshot to select the orb menu. You are now ready to catch a wild revomon. You can see the number of orbs you have, this is the equivalent of pokeball in pokΓ©mon.
Pull, aim & throw at the wild revomon to try to catch it.
You will see an exclamation mark if you succeeded to catch it !
You will see the revomon being released if you failed to catch it !
NB: You can easily track the battle events thanks to the battle log recording everything.
